The skids show that it was dragged up to the first terrace from Ferry Ave.
The number on the front of the cottage would indicate that it was moved from 406 (the southwest corner of Tennyson and Belvedere Ave).
The owner at the time was John C Bagby. His descendant, David Bagby, gave these photographs to the Charlevoix Historical Society.
